The offering

Built around the shift, not around an app.

Fulfilment work is physical, rotating, and hot for a third of the year. The people doing it live in employer accommodation, speak many languages, and are not going to run a wellbeing app on their own initiative.

So Earnd meets them where they already are. People enrol during induction. Prompts arrive around their actual roster. Routines are video and icon driven rather than written. Rewards are practical and land quickly.

Coverage

What the program actually covers.

Six areas, run together as one season. You choose the weighting with us before launch.

Movement and physical health

The body doing the work, looked after around the shift rather than after it.

  • Pre shift stretch and warm up routines, on video and in language, verified by check in
  • Step and movement challenges on rest days
  • Foot care education, with footwear and insole rewards
  • Recovery challenges built for rotating and night shifts
  • Team and inter shift movement leagues

Heat and hydration

Structured support through the summer, and a record of it for compliance.

  • Timed hydration check ins through the shift
  • Rest and cooling challenges during the midday window
  • Cooling reward moments through the summer
  • Heat window participation reporting for compliance

The UAE midday break covers work under direct sun and in open areas, so midday challenges are scoped to yard and dock staff rather than indoor picking.

Sleep and fatigue

Rotations are the hardest part of the job. This is where fatigue shows up first.

  • Shift work sleep education
  • Sleep consistency challenges across rotations
  • Fatigue leading indicators at cohort level
  • Ramadan adjusted timing and targets

Health access, brokered

Access arranged, turnout driven, results delivered. Earnd is not the clinician.

  • Mobile biometric screening days, with Earnd driving turnout and follow through
  • Dental and optical access offered as rewards
  • An employee assistance front door, multilingual and low friction
  • Results delivered in app, with reminders to act on them

Earnd brokers access and drives attendance. Clinical services are delivered by licensed providers, not by Earnd.

Activations at accommodation

The program reaches people where they actually are, after the shift ends.

  • Cricket and football tournaments
  • Volleyball, carrom, and other low infrastructure sport
  • Movie nights
  • A health fair paired with a tournament, to drive screening turnout

Rewards worth having

Practical, immediate, and pointed at what this workforce actually values.

  • Grocery vouchers
  • Data bundles and mobile top ups
  • Remittance fee discounts
  • Time rewards: early finish, preferred shift, a day off request
  • Accommodation comforts: laundry, bedding, food upgrades
  • Family directed: gifts home, school fees, flight vouchers
  • Sponsor funded rewards
The benefits

Workforce stability, and a duty of care you can evidence.

Proven now

  • Reach without a download campaign

People are enrolled at induction, not chased into an app store afterwards.

  • Participation you can see

A real number of people taking part, by cohort, by site, by shift.

  • Verified effort

Activity is read from the phone people already carry, and check ins confirm the routines that need confirming.

  • A compliance record

Heat window and accommodation activity are recorded as they happen, ready to show.

Measured with you in a pilot

  • Retention against a comparison group

  • Attendance and absence movement across the season

  • Screening turnout and follow through rates

  • Fatigue leading indicators at cohort level

Retention, attendance, and health outcome effects are measured with you in a pilot. The figures in the callout below are market context, not Earnd results.

Reporting is cohort level and anonymized throughout. No individual data reaches the employer.

Employers see anonymized, cohort level data only. Individual health data stays with the individual. Nothing clinical is shared with the company.

Delivery

How it reaches people who will never download an app.

Enrolment at induction

People join on their first day, as part of onboarding. No app download campaign, no posters, no chasing.

Phone only

No wearable required. Effort is read from the phone people already carry. A low cost band can be added later if you want richer signals.

Shift roster aware

Challenges and prompts are scheduled around the roster, so a night shift is not asked to do a morning routine.

Built for low literacy

Icon driven, with video routines rather than written instructions, so the interface does not assume reading fluency.
